Boyamin suspects that the suspect deliberately monopolized this project. He charged that the cost of this project has become too expensive.
“As for the losses, I already understand, because this is an assumption that this is a monopoly, even at that time the price estimate was formed by itself, it did not check the market, and also made it expensive,” he said. .
Earlier, Attorney General Sant Burhanuddin said that the investigation of the corruption case in the provision of 4G BTS support infrastructure for the Bakti Kominfo package for the period 2020-2022 with a government loss of IDR 8,032,084,133,795 (trillion). completed. Later, the five suspects will be immediately handed over to the Public Prosecutor so that charges can be drafted and brought to trial.
“We have named 5 suspects in the BTS case, the first being AAL, GMS, YS, MA and IH. The investigation is currently completed and we will submit the second stage to the Director of Prosecutions and then we will immediately transfer it to the Prosecutor Agung ST Burhanuddin, at a press conference. After the files are filed, the public prosecutor drafts the indictments and submits them to the Tippecor Court for prompt trial of the suspects.
