Habib Bahar Bin Smith admitted that he was shot by an unknown person and reported it to the police. Kompolnas believes that the police conduct their investigations in a professional manner.
“We hope that the investigation will be conducted professionally and supported by a scientific investigation into the crime, including post-mortem and reference findings, CCTV inspections if any, ballistic examinations if bullets are found, possible traces of the perpetrators at the crime scene, etc. to reporters on Monday (5/15/2023).
Boengke said his party was still awaiting the results of the investigation. He stated that there is no perfect evil.
“Kumbolnas is still awaiting the results of the Bogor Police investigation regarding the report of the shooting of Brother Bahar Smith. We believe there is no complete crime. Sooner or later it will surely be revealed,” he said.
Earlier, Police investigated the report of Habib Bahar Bin Smith who claimed to have been shot in Kemang, Bogor Regency. Police said there were no witnesses to Habib Bahr’s report.
“Because there were no witnesses to the incident, we are still investigating the incident,” Chief of Public Relations of West Java Police Combes Ibrahim Tombo told reporters on Monday (15/5).
Combs Ibrahim Tombo said that his party received a report from Habib Bahr with Report No. LP / – / B / V / 2023 / SPKT / POLSEK KEMANG / POLRES BOGOR / POLDA JABAR. The accident was reported to have occurred on Friday (12/5), at around 21.45 WIB, and the location of the accident was around Pusdiklat Dishobe Kemang Subdistrict, Bogor Regency.
Ibrahim did not mention in detail the events reported by Habib Bahr. However, he said that Habib Bahar was wounded in the stomach as a result of the accident.
He explained, “There is a wound around the stomach, but the results of the autopsy did not appear, so we cannot provide more information regarding the condition and cause of the wound.”
