The Corruption Eradication Board (KPK) confiscated a number of luxury cars in a case of bribery of Supreme Court judges. One of them is Toyota Land Cruiser 300 GR-S 4×4 which is marketed at more than IDR 2 billion. Who owns this super high quality car?

This was stated in the KPK Prosecutor General’s Claims File, quoted by detikcom, Tuesday (3/16/2023). In the lawsuit, it was revealed that a number of cars were confiscated, namely:

– One Ferrari California red metallic, plate number B-324-BBB

– 1 unit McLaren MP4-12C 3.8, Vulcano Yellow, Police No. B-1-STN

– 1 unit Hyundai Creta Prime 1.5 AT black color, plate number B-1682-DFW

– 1 unit Mitsubishi X Pander 15 L Sport 4 X 2 with dash No. B-2899

– 1 unit Toyota LC 300 GR-S 4×4 AT Police No. B-2709-SJ

So, the assets of the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 GR-S 4 × 4 are said to have been purchased by lawyer Dadan Tri Yudianto. It was also noted that Dadan was a BUMN commissioner. This is evidenced by the receipts for the purchase of the Land Cruiser. The price of the Land Cruiser is 3.8 billion rupees.

“Original Copy of Receipt (in Red) from Jakarta Auto Garage on behalf of DADAN TRI for payment for the purchase of Toyota Land Cruiser GR Sport (NEW), 2022 in BLACK, for Rs. 3,825,000,000, dated September 23, 2022,” KPK Prosecutor explained.

He inquired that the car was not owned in Dadan’s name, but in the name of a woman, Sazitta Damara Arwin. This is stated in the STNK of the car, which was confiscated by the KPK:

1 sheet of Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) No. 04355550 with registration number B 2709 SJH, in the name of owner Sazitta Damara Arwin, address Jalan Petegogan I Gang V No 72 South Jakarta, brand TOYOTA, type LC 300 GR-S 4×4 AT, Year of manufacture 2022, frame number JTMAA7BJ7N4024442, engine number F33A0028421.

KPK also seized payment receipts for the car in the name of Sazitta Damara Arwin, which are:

1 sheet of proof of payment of payment obligations No. B2135644, Police No. B 2709 SJH, in the name of the owner Sazitta Damara Arwin, address Jalan Petegoan I gg V No.72 RT9 / 11 South Jakarta, brand Toyota Type LC 300 GR-S 4×4 AT, year of manufacture 2022, frame number JTMAA7BJ7N4024442, engine number F33A0028421.

Who is Sasita? The KPK did not elaborate on its demands.
