Central Executive Director (PP) Muhammadiyah Youth Reports by researchers from the National Agency for Research and Innovation (BRIN) Andy Prince Hassan al-Din (APH) to Komnas HAM, after commenting “the blood of all Muhammadiyah is dissolved.” LBH PP Chairman Muhammadiyah Tawfiq assessed that Andy had made death threats.
“Today is part of a series of Muhammadiyah responses to incidents of suspected hate speech, defamation, as well as defamation of Muhammadiyah through the status on social media of Andi Pangerang Hasanuddin, who then delivered hate speech, death threats against Muhammadiyah which went viral. Tawfiq said Muhammadiyah felt threatened by the words Andy Prince wrote on his social media. He said that b. B. Muhammadiyah chose to report to Komnas Ham.
“Today it is a reaction or response from Muhammadiyah that we are showing that we are a law-abiding, rule-abiding organization. When we as an organization feel threatened, we threaten to kill, we report one to the police, and we did it. The second is to inform an important comnas.”
Tawfiq believes that every citizen has religious freedom, and this is guaranteed under the 1945 constitution. He leaves it entirely to Komnas Hamm to assess whether or not the threat constitutes a violation of human rights.
“If this is a violation of human rights, please examine the recommendation and take action, of course, whether it is for the police or the institution where the person works, namely in BRIN,” he said.
“Because of course if this is a violation of human rights then action must be taken, there must be penalties because both of them are civil servants, ASN, I think there must be a penalty so that these things do not happen again in the future especially if they are implemented by ASN”. The complaint was submitted by Tawfiq to Komnas Ham Commissioner Harry Kurnewan.
Previously, Bareskrim had decided Andy Prince as a suspect. This decision was followed by a comment, “Annul the blood of Muhammadiyah,” which he wrote to me on his Facebook account some time ago.

Ramadan stated that Pariscream arrested Andy on Sunday (30/4) at a boarding house in Jombang district, East Java. Now Andy is being held in the Criminal Investigation Police Detention Center.
As a result of his actions, Andy has been charged with Section 28 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Section 45a Paragraph 2 and/or Section 29 in conjunction with Section 45b of Law No. 19 of 2016 Concerning Amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 Concerning Information and Electronic. transactions.
