After the Public Prosecutor read out the charges against him, the presiding judge Col. Asril Siajian and the two member judges Major Shek Arif Rahman and Major Shek Yoed Aryanto gave the accused the opportunity through legal counsel to present his defence.
The legal advisors of the two, Major Shek de Hotasohet and Sirka Ahmed El-Zeini, stated that they will present their defense next week.
Sirka Ahmed El-Zeini said: “Get ready, Your Majesty, our legal advisors will present a defence.”
