Tanah Uruk Tetangga Tanpa Fondasi, Citata Kunjungi Lagi

Jakarta

Like an epic story, quest Boo Ami Getting justice in Jakarta is a tall order. The problem of the wall, which was almost broken by the pressure of the earth of the neighbours, did not find a solution, so he finally restored it at his own expense. A new round begins after the party DKI County Government Visit Mrs. Ami (again).

“New chapter. Meet Mr. Panji,” Ms. Amy said to inform him that he had just received a field survey visit from Panji-Ganesha, Head of Complaints and Enforcement Sub-Group at Sipta Karya, Bureau of Land Planning and Place (Cytata) DKI, on Friday (12/5) last week. Previously, the Citata Service visited Mrs. Ami’s home in Kebun Baru Village District, Tepet District, South Jakarta, on February 15.

In fact, on that day, Mrs. Amy’s family had already begun to restore the walls, which were increasingly fragile. Little by little they dismantled the wall and there was evidence that there was not enough foundation behind the wall. Behind the wall, there is a neighbor’s Uruk soil, which makes the Bo-Ami wall damaged and prone to collapse.

This problem has been stressing Mrs. Ami since the beginning of 2023. The problem with the wall makes her anxious and disrupts her work in the field of catering. He finally took refuge in a rental home while waiting for his self-help renovation to be completed, in about five months. He found it hard to get justice for this trouble that happened to him. His efforts to complain about kelurahan to the DKI Citata Service have yielded no results since the beginning of the year.

“In fact, I am an Indonesian citizen who has the right loh Get justice. Not like a doll game Kick there kick here. When will this names of mine, Ibu Ami, get justice? Mrs. Ami said while crying.

existence of the foundation

Now, Mrs. Ami shows that there is no foundation in her neighbour’s land, the name of Abdul Rahman. Abd al-Rahman mentioned earlier that his mounded soil had already been prepared with a foundation.

“I can confirm that there has been an establishment since 2019,” Abdul Rahman said on his home plot on February 7, 2023.

At the same time, Rudi Mouladi, head of the Setata sector of the Tibet Directorate, assured Abd al-Rahman that there was an institution under the soil of the Uruk. “We noted earlier that it turns out that the foundation can also be seen from this side. It is very high from here, all the way up, perhaps even to the river. So the assumption that there is no foundation and that it would jeopardize the building is not,” Rudi Mouladi said at the same site.

However, last Friday (12/5), when Ms. Ami dismantled the wall, Ms. Ami indicated that there was no foundation for the Abd al-Rahman landfill.

“There is no foundation at all,” said Ms. Amy. “There are only heaps of rock and rubbish (Uruk material). How could my wall not be destroyed if it became such a buttress?”

He found stones, often leaky soil, and even glasses in the aurochs soil behind the walls. Long ago, Mrs. Ami hoped that the landlord would build proper foundations and walls so that the earth would not press against the walls. But this hope did not come true. Nor does the DKI Citata Service direct Uruk landowners to build foundations.

Citata’s recommendation: No basis

The DKI Citata itself stated that it had recommended the Uruk landowner, Abd al-Rahman, to build an aqueduct and construct an infiltration well. And this is not the same as Mrs. Ami’s initial desire, that is, she hoped that there would be sufficient foundations and walls to separate the Abd al-Rahman landfill from the wall of her house.

Bunji Ganesha, Head of DKI Citata Agency’s Complaints and Enforcement Sub-Group, said Monday (8/5).

Abdul Rahman himself admitted that he implemented the recommendations issued by the DKI Citata Service. The DKI Citata Service instructed Abd al-Rahman to reduce the height of the landfill, build an aqueduct so the water would not freeze and line the walls of Bu Ami, and also build an infiltration well.

He stated that the meetings were held several times, the last of which was in the month of fasting yesterday. The DKI Citata Service to Kebon Baru Village has also surveyed the site several times.

Then, the DKI Citata Service realized through a visit on Friday (5/12) that Mrs. Amy still wanted a solution of laying proper foundations and piles of slabs on Abdurrahman’s mounded soil. Now, DKI Citata Service is looking for new ways to offer a solution for Ms. Mom. It is hoped that this new round will result in a just solution.
