Djohandani then explained that this activity was an implementation of Article 478 of Law No. 7 of 2017 regarding general elections, which orders investigators and investigators of election crimes to attend special training. “Mr. Kabarskrem made it clear in his state that the election was an attempt by the contestants to get as many votes as possible in a legal way. However, in reality, there are still acts that violate the law and things that are against legal regulations,” said Djohandani, echoing the ruling made by KOMENE AGOS .
He continued, “Therefore, there is a need for clear arrangements, not multiple interpretations, as well as sufficient law enforcement capabilities to ensure the achievement of legal goals in order to be able to create democratic elections and elections.”
