Lily passed out after she and Akutsu fought against her avatar, and Akutsu took her home. Akutsu turns to take his leave, but Lily stops him with trembling hands. Akutsu decides to stay and sits down on her bedroom floor.

Akutsu thinks back to the incident and wonders if this was a recurring issue in heaven. His conscience tries to convince Akutsu that he is in love with Lily and that she has feelings for him, too.

Lily wakes up but takes a while to realize that Akutsu is also there. She remembers stopping him from leaving and is appalled at her own actions. 

Lily notices Akutsu’s wound and realizes he got hurt protecting her. She bandages the wound and thanks Akutsu. She remembers her promise of rewarding Akutsu with a hug every time he did a good job and got embarrassed.
