The fined driver, Suradhi, 17, admitted he was surprised he was stopped by the police. He said he didn’t know handy ticket Re-enacted.

Suradhi admitted that he wants to go to Kembangan from Jatingara after applying for a job. He admitted that he was not wearing a helmet because he had left it in the shop.

He admitted that he originally had a driver’s license. But his SIM card was lost due to a fire in his house.

Another motorist, Molap (18), admitted he was surprised that the manual ticket was charged again. He said he forgot to bring a helmet.
“Shocked. I didn’t know (there was a hand ticket), I just found out,” he said.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya Ditlantas again imposed manual tickets. One reason is that many violations are not monitored by electronic ticket cameras or E-TLE.
“(Manual tickets were returned). There were instructions from the headquarters,” said the head of the Sub-Directorate of Metro Jacom Detlantas Bulda in a statement to reporters on Monday (15/5).
Johnny explained that one of the reasons for manual fines being returned is the prevalence of violations not covered by the E-TLE system.
“Yeah, now there are a lot of violations or things that just don’t happencover by e-TLE. Or that the driver endangers himself and others. If there is no e-TLE system, this can be done manually.
