Read Kingdom Ch 788 Online: Raws & Release Date

Shiryou successfully kills Ji Aga in chapter 787 of Kingdom, titled “Wolf Blood Oath.”

The whole chapter was a flashback of Kan Saro and Ji Aga’s meeting and how two lone wolves joined hands to make an unbreakable bond. It was a pretty funny and wholesome tale about how the two became what they are. 

However, as with all good things, their bond had to break, and it broke, thanks to Shiryou. Ji Aga was finally laid to rest, but he left Shriyou so lethally injured that Kan Saro decided to leave her in her terrible state and moved ahead to provide backup to Shi Ba Shou.

1. Chapter 788 Raw Scans, Leaks

3. Chapter 788 Discussion 

Kan Saro will provide backup to Shi Ba Shou in chapter 788 of Kingdom. 

I. Shiryou’s Death

It can be said that Shiryou is most probably dead. She is in the worst state possible where she won’t be able to put up a fight. However, there is still a chance for her to survive if the aid arrives on time. 

However, the chapter left everyone wondering why Kan Saro didn’t kill her. He could have easily ended her with one slash, but he refused to do so. Maybe there is an ulterior motive behind it. Maybe he wants to finish her off at the end of the war in the worst way possible. 

II. Shi Ba Shou and Kan Saro Vs. Sou’Ou

Kan Saro has defeated Den Ri Mi’s army and moved ahead to aid his lord Shi Ba Shou. This will put Sou’Ou in an even tighter position. Ousen has not yet picked up his sword.

It is hard to predict what will happen in the next chapter. Sou’Ou might get the news of Shiryou’s condition, distracting him from the battle and giving Kan Saro the opportunity to destroy him. 

4. Chapter 787 Recap 

The chapter starts with a flashback where Kan Saro brings in the head of a thousand-man commander to trade for some money. Impressed by his skills, the soldiers try to get him to join, but he says he doesn’t like being part of groups.

Immediately after him, Ji Aga brings in the heads of 2 Thousand-Man commanders and a hand, but he’s told he won’t get paid for the hand.

Ji Aga boldly declares that he is also a lone wolf who isn’t interested in joining them, although no one actually invited him to join.

An instance comes when Kan Saro and Ji Aga stab a general at the same time, resulting in a quarrel about who will take the reward. Ji Aga says they can settle it in a duel, but Kan Saro declines.

To get equal pay, Ji Aga cuts the head of the commander in half and takes it to the officials. They tell him that he could have just split the money and that there was no need to cut the head.

Kan Saro laughs at this ordeal. They start venturing out together. One night, Ji Aga tells Kan Saro that he thinks they should team up as both are lone wolves, but he feels comfortable being with Kan Saro.

Ji Aga declares that they should make a blood pact using wolf’s blood. He tells Kan Saro that the oath of the wolf blood is the oath of the soul. This bond will be unbreakable and will provide them strength. 

Kan Saro says he would be happy to have Ji Aga as a lifelong friend.

Ji Aga states that they will achieve many victories from here out, but he believes that this oath will be the greatest joy of his life.

Back in the ongoing battle, Shiryou gets her sword to pierce Ji Aga’s neck, but he immediately retaliates with a strong blow to her chest and a smash near her neck, breaking her left arm and causing serious damage. 

As he is about to hit her again, she swings her sword with all her might, cutting off Ji Aga’s arm and slashing through his shoulder, finishing him off. Shin Kaku Gaku tries to seize the opportunity and attacks Kan Saro, but his attack fails, causing his demise. 

We get a short flashback where Kan Saro tells Ji Aga that he has found a lord(Shi Ba Shou) he wants to follow. Ji Aga tells him that he doesn’t need to worry as he will also follow Shi Ba Shou from now on. 

Kan Saro leaves Shiryou in her near-death condition and decides to head forward to aid his lord Shi Ba Shou.
