Pengacara Sebut Rezky Aditya Video Call dengan WN Rusia, Tak Sadar Direkam

“He did not know that his interlocutor had recorded the video. He stated that he had not filmed it at all. In fact when he called, it was recorded,” he said.

In this case, his party asked Bulda Metro Jaya investigators to find out who uploaded and distributed the video. In addition, he ensures that his client will cooperate and follow existing legal procedures.

“We’ll definitely ask for it (the distributor to be investigated). We’ll ask for an investigation into the extent of the operation. Because he feels he’s a victim, so I’m asking the investigators to take a full look at this. And find out who uploaded this,” he said.

Reason for reporting

A teacher named Julianna filed a police report after a sensational video that appeared to be Rizki Aditya went viral on social media. Ustaz Julliana reported Rezky Aditya regarding the erotic video due to its negative impact on teens.

“This has a very negative impact, it is very harmful to society, especially the younger generation and adolescents. We know that young people and adolescents are active with mobile phones through the internet. So if there are sexy porn video scenes, it is very harmful for them,” Juliana said in Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday. (12/1/2023).

Juliana confirmed that the report was prepared to find out who was responsible for publishing the sexy video. Moreover, he continued, since the video went viral, the man allegedly Rizki Aditya himself has not given any clarification.

“In fact, he wants to report to the police to know who actually produced it, who posted it, and who is most responsible for the immoral, indecent videos. Since December 2022, it has spread, and many people already know,” he said.

“But why did Rezky Aditya reach this point? First, if he really had no intention, why didn’t he feel wronged and report it, but he hasn’t reported it yet. If it wasn’t him, then why didn’t he offer an explanation or a defense,” he added. Absolutely self.

“If you feel aggrieved because there is no intention to spread, please inform the police and ask the police to investigate all incidents deemed harmful to society, and not remain silent,” he said.
