Defendant in the alleged fraud case against the victim of Indosurya Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP), Natalia RosliHe reported on his former client, Virawati Sanjaya. The report relates to allegations of forgery of documents.

Natalia Rosli suspected that Virawati’s positive message about Corona was a fake document issued by a hospital. He suspected that the letter was forged because it was not registered in the data of the Ministry of Health.
“We visited the hospital that issued Virawati Sanjaya’s letter on Covid and checked the data with the Ministry of Health,” Cascioni told reporters on Tuesday (16/5/2023).
“We reached the hospital and said we had issued the letter. We also checked the Ministry of Health website, and there was no data on Virawati COVID-19,” he added.
He admitted that he did not know Virawati’s whereabouts at the moment. According to him, Virawati’s attitude of not attending the court had hindered the trial.
“We also can’t be sure of his whereabouts, or the isolation we don’t know. So far Virawati has only been reported to slow down the trial process,” he explained.
The report of Natalia Rosli v. Virawati is registered under LPB/2659/V/2023/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya.
“We report Section 263 on writing false letters or forging letters,” he said.

Charges against Natalia Rosli
Natalia Rusli’s lawyer was accused in the case of fraud and misappropriation of funds of the victims of KSP Indosurya. Natalia Rosli is said to have committed fraud against the victim, Virawati Sanjaya.
“The defendant Natalia Rosli with intent to unlawfully benefit herself or others, by using a false name or false dignity, by deceit, or by a series of lies, she paid other people to hand over something to her, or to give a debt or write off,” West Jakarta Public Prosecutor Iwan Genting told reporters Monday. (10/4).
The indictment was read out in the West Jakarta District Court. The case began when Natalia Rosli met victim witness Virawati Sanjaya to discuss defaulting on the investment in KSP Indosurya.
The defendant is said to have met Virawati again and promised the victim that he could help return the investment funds in KSP Indosurya in the amount of up to 40 per cent in cash and 60 per cent in assets.
Long story short, Natalia’s promise has not been proven. In fact, Natalia has already received IDR 45 Million from Virawati on June 30, 2020.
