KPK Klarifikasi Bupati Boltim dan Pejabat Pajak soal Asal Usul Kekayaan

KPK Again, an explanation of the origin of the wealth of a number of tax officials. Today it was noted that there are two officials to be clarified regarding the Wealth Report of State Officials (LHKPN) by KPK.

The two officials named today are East Bolaang Mongondow Regent (Boltim) Sam Sachrul Mamonto, and Head of the Investigation Sub-Directorate of the General Directorate of Taxation Wahyu Widodo. Both will be shown at KPK at 09.00 WIB.

“That’s right, today Tuesday (16/5) KPK called the Chief of the Investigation Sub-Directorate of the Directorate General of Taxation and East Bolaang Mongondow Regent regarding the clarification of LHKPN,” KPK Prevention Spokesperson Ipi Maryati said on call Tuesday (5/16/2023).

This week, there are at least four officials whose assets will be clarified by KPK. On Wednesday (17/5), KPK will give an explanation to the Deputy Governor of Lampung, Chusnunia Chalim.

Two days later, it was the turn of the head of health services in Lampung (Kadinex), Rehana, to be clarified. For Reihana in particular, today’s clarification is the second time KPK has investigated the origins of her wealth.

This year, at least two officials have been named as suspects in the initial process of examining LHKPN. The two officials were the former Director General of Taxes, Rafael Alon Trisampodo, and the former Head of Customs and Excise in Makassar, Andy Pramono.

Both were initially clarified about LHKPN by the KPK LHKPN Directorate team. Then KPK decided to raise the process of investigation of the two of them to the level of investigation so that they came forward for investigation and named the suspect.

Andy Pramono has been named as a suspect in gratuity. Meanwhile, Rafael Alon was charged with an article on reward and money laundering (TPPU).
