Researcher at the National Agency for Research and Innovation (BRIN) Andy Prince Hasanuddin (APH) became a suspect in the case of the comment “Halal is the blood of all Muhammadiyah”. Now, the Central Executive Management of Youth Muhammadiyah (PP) has also reported Andi to Komnas HAM.
As is known, Bareskrim has decided Andy Prince as a suspect. This decision was followed by a comment, “Annul the blood of Muhammadiyah,” which he wrote to me on his Facebook account some time ago.

Ramadan stated that Pariscream arrested Andy on Sunday (30/4) at a boarding house in Jombang district, East Java. Now Andy is being held in the Criminal Investigation Police Detention Center.
As a result of his actions, Andy was charged with Section 28, Section 2 juncto Article 45a, Paragraph 2 and/or Article 29 juncto Article 45b of Law No. 19 of 2016 regarding amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 regarding electronic information and transactions.
Meanwhile, Andy’s family hopes to resolve the case peacefully Restorative justice (RJ).
“the point is Restorative justice allowed at present in our country. I hope this is heard by all legal practitioners, especially religious practitioners,” said family attorney Andy Pangerang, J.D.
He hoped the extended Muhammadiyah family would accept the apology conveyed by Andy and Andy’s mother, Rahmi. According to him, solving cases using the RJ system is not foreign to Indonesia.
