After Tsubasa’s grandmother set those challenging conditions for him, he decided to do extra good. On his way to school the next day, he met Rena, and the two walked to school together. Rena talked about how she always gets excited about something related to history. As an apology for clinging onto Tsubasa the other day, she proposed to tutor him as he was stressed about the exams.

Tsubasa accepted this offer, and Rena told him to meet at the library storage room after school. Fuyuki saw Tsubasa and Rena at the school gate together and was stunned momentarily. After this, even though she had a happy expression, her chest felt heavy after seeing Tsubasa with another girl. 

Later that day, Tsubasa arrived at the library storage, and Rena started the tutoring session with Math. She helped Tsubasa a bunch over the weekend, too, so he could achieve his goal of getting in the top ten places. As an appreciation for her efforts, she asked Tsubasa to date her if he had reached his goal.

Finally, the tests began and were over in a breeze. Fuyuki didn’t perform very well, but Sayuri got decent scores. On the other hand, Tsubasa ended up in third place. Right after seeing the results, he rushed to tell Rena about this. She reminded him of his promise after hearing the news.

On the following Saturday, the two finally went on this date. Tsubasa was spellbound by how beautiful Rena looked in her kimono. While walking on the streets together, it came to Tsubasa’s mind that they didn’t plan where to go. Rena said that she was fine going anywhere as long as Tsubasa was there and left no effort to express what she felt for him.
