This achievement is said to have been achieved through the regional priority policies on the implementation of large-scale education, health development, and the quality of development of women and children.

In addition, RKPD’s comprehensive procedure and consistency between assessment results and regional strategic issues was one of the factors in selecting Central Java Province as the best province.

Vice President Maarouf Amin also praised the local government for winning the Regional Development Award. Maarouf advised these regional governments to continue to improve the integration of central and regional development implementation.

“I extend my appreciation to the regional government who received the Regional Development Award,” Marouf said in his speech at JCC Senayan, Jakarta.

“Continue to increase the integration of central and regional development implementation, with development planning, implementation and innovation to support a comprehensive and sustainable economic transformation,” he added.
