Kejagung Tetapkan 1 Tersangka Rintangi Penyidikan Kasus Korupsi Tol Japek II

Office of the Attorney General (Office of the Attorney General) has named a retired BUMN with initials IBN as a suspect in alleged obstruction of the investigation of the Jakarta Cikampek II Elevated Road Project case from Cikunir to West Karawang. The suspect, retired BUMN PT Waskita Karya, has been detained.

“One of the suspects is IBN, a retired BUMN of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. To expedite the investigation process, IBN has been detained for 20 days from May 15, 2023 to June 3, 2023 in Salemba Prison, Public Prosecutor’s Office Branch” said the head of the detective unit Criminal Prosecutor General’s Office Ketut Sumidana in its written press release, Tuesday (5/16/2023).

Ketut said that bin Salman is suspected of influencing witnesses for not providing correct information. Ketut said MBS is suspected of directing witnesses not to provide documents needed by investigators.

“In this case, the suspect, Ibn Salman, committed acts of influencing and directing witnesses to explain things that were not true, did not provide documents needed by investigators, and destroyed evidence,” Ketut said.

Investigate the Japek II Toll Road case

“We don’t want to be wrong, so when we have to decide who will be held accountable, it must be based on sufficient evidence. We are certain and make sure that it is he who must be held accountable,” Contade explained.
